Returns & Exchange Policy

1. General

1.1 At Wear MHT, we take pride in maintaining high standards of craftsmanship and quality. While we hope you are satisfied with your purchase, returns or exchanges are not accepted under normal circumstances.

1.2 Normal circumstances refer to situations where:

  • The product is delivered as shown and described
  • There are no manufacturing or workmanship defects
  • The item meets Wear MHT’s quality control standards

Products meeting these conditions are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.


2. Defective Products

2.1 Quality Control

All products go through detailed quality checks during production and prior to dispatch. Each item is examined for defects, damage, or inconsistencies to ensure it meets our standards before shipping.

2.2 Reporting a Defect

If you receive an item with a defect, you must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order. Please contact us via WhatsApp at +92 335 3171555 and share the following:

  • Order number or reference
  • Clear description of the issue
  • Photos or videos clearly showing the defect
  • Any additional relevant information

Claims reported after 48 hours will not be entertained.

2.3 Return Procedure

Once your claim is reviewed and approved:

  • The item must be returned to our address in Pakistan
  • All return shipping and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer
  • The product must be securely packed to avoid further damage

Upon receiving the item, our team will conduct an assessment.

2.4 Review Process

The returned product will undergo a detailed review, which may include visual inspection, documentation verification, and internal evaluation to determine the validity of the claim.

2.5 Resolution

If a defect is confirmed, Wear MHT may offer:

  • A replacement
  • Store credit
  • A refund (only in rare and exceptional cases)

Refunds or exchanges are not guaranteed and are issued strictly at the brand’s discretion.

2.6 Brand Authority

All decisions regarding defect claims, replacements, or refunds are final and solely determined by Wear MHT.


Cancellation Policy

3. Order Cancellation

3.1 Eligibility

Cancellation requests can be made within 24 hours of placing an order. Requests submitted after this period may not be approved, particularly if the order has already been processed or shipped.

3.2 Time Limit

To request a cancellation, customers must contact us within 24 hours of placing the order via WhatsApp at +92 335 3171555, along with their order number.

3.3 Refund Method

If a cancellation is approved:

  • A store credit of equal value will be issued
  • Store credit is valid for 1 month from the date of issuance
  • Processing time is 7–14 business days

3.4 Non-Cancellable Items

The following are not eligible for cancellation or refund:

  • Final sale items
  • Custom-made or personalized orders once production has started

3.5 Cancellation Process

To initiate a cancellation, customers must provide:

  • Order number
  • Reason for cancellation

3.6 Communication

Customers will receive a single confirmation via email and/or SMS regarding the status of their cancellation request.

3.7 Responsibility

Customers are responsible for submitting accurate details and requesting cancellation within the allowed timeframe. Wear MHT is responsible for processing approved cancellations in accordance with this policy.

3.8 Policy Updates

Wear MHT reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on our website.
