  Please note that working days exclude weekends and public holidays.
• Shipping Charges: We offer a flat shipping rate of Rs 400 for all deliveries nationwide.

International Shipping 

• Delivery Time: International orders are typically delivered within 7 to 12 working days after processing, depending on the destination.
  Delivery timelines may vary due to customs clearance and other external factors.
• Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the parcel and the destination country.
• Customs duties, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Additional Information

• Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number to monitor the delivery status.
• Delays: While we strive to deliver within the specified time, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or logistical issues.

Refund & Exchange Policy

• Quality Assurance: All items are thoroughly inspected and documented through photographic and video-based records before being dispatched to ensure your order is in perfect condition.

Damaged Products

• Transit Damage: If you receive a damaged product, it is likely due to mishandling by customs or logistics services during transit. MHT By Mehreen Humza Tabani does not assume responsibility for any damage caused by third-party logistics providers or customs authorities.

Refunds and Exchanges

• Exceptional Cases: In the rare case that a refund or exchange is approved, the customer is required to:
  • Ship the product back to our address: Building 11c, Bokhari Commercial, Lane 5, Phase 6, DHA Karachi.
  • Bear all shipping charges incurred for returning the parcel.

No Refunds for Personal Preferences:
Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for reasons related to personal preference, such as dissatisfaction with color, design, or fit. We strongly advise customers to review the product details thoroughly before placing an order.
