Terms of Shipping and Delivery

2.1 Dispatch and Delivery Timeline:

All orders are handled by third-party delivery services. Most of our products are made-to-order, so delivery times may vary. 2.2 Information for Delivery:

Accurate delivery depends on correct details like your name, shipping address, billing address, landmarks, and contact information. Wear MHT is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

2.3 Delivery Attempts:

If a delivery attempt fails, we will contact you using the registered email or phone number. Additional delivery attempts may incur extra charges.

2.4 Delay in Delivery:

Delivery may be affected by weather, traffic, or other unexpected events. We will keep you informed about any delays and provide an updated expected delivery date. All communications will be documented for your reference.

2.5 Actions of Delivery Personnel:

While we work with reliable delivery partners, Wear MHT is not responsible for actions or omissions of delivery staff. Any disputes with delivery personnel should be resolved directly.

2.6 Tracking Information:

2.7 Delivery Charges – Pakistan:

For all domestic orders within Pakistan, a standard shipping fee of PKR 500 will apply.

Delivery 2.8 Delivery Charges – International:

For international orders, a standard shipping fee of PKR 5,000 will apply. Duties, taxes, and other import fees are the customer’s responsibility and may be collected by local authorities at the time of delivery.

Goods/Services Not Received

3.1 Definition:

A “Goods and Services Not Received” issue occurs when an order does not arrive within the expected timeframe or as described.

3.2 Eligibility:

This applies to all orders placed with Wear MHT.

3.3 Delivery Address and Confirmation:

Orders are delivered to the address provided at the time of purchase. Deliveries are contactless, and proof of delivery is provided by the courier. This proof confirms the sender and recipient details and may be used in case of disputes.

3.4 Confirmation of Delivery:

A tracking number is issued as confirmation that your order has been dispatched.

3.5 Timeframe:

Customers must report missing orders within 7 working days from the expected delivery date (excluding weekends and public holidays).
